District 26-M5 Website Launches!

The new district 26-M5 website debuts today. You can visit the new district website at http://www.molionsm5.org. DG Tom Rayfield said: "We have been working on getting this site operational for the past month. Thanks to the continuing work by our IT and PR chairperson, Lion Cathy, we finally selected the format we think will best serve the district!" The new site has the district calendar and many district documents, such as the constitution and bylaws, policy manual, district budget, district newsletters, available for download or viewing. Rayfield indicated: "We also will be posting a special page on the web site about 10 days prior to the district cabinet meeting to make available the agenda, cabinet meeting minutes, and reports." He also said: "This will make it very easy for the cabinet members to view and print documents to be discussed and should allow for more productive cabinet meetings! Having an effective district website was an initiative set by the LCI President Eberhard Wirfs. Lion Cathy reported the district was fortunate to have the URL purchased and donated by a district member. She further indicated our hosting fees for the website were discounted since we are a not for profit agency, After you have had an opportunity to surf the new website; please send any remarks or comments to Lion Cathy at cmrayfield@sbcglobal.net.
